We were both looking for a way to meet adults of our own age. Being busy with work and family commitments it seemed almost impossible. We approached Perfect Match regarding their services. At no time did either of us feel under any pressure to sign contracts or spend money beyond our means. They were extremely professional in all aspects of their service. At no time did they indicate to any third party where they were calling from, something which was extremely important to Alison as she worked in a large government office. Each time a "match" was made, the final approval was always left to us whether we thought the person might be suitable for us. The follow up was always handled tactfully in that you could say what you really thought without fear of it being passed on to the other person. Jay and I wanted to let you know that we are getting married in 5 weeks!! As you know, this was the second time I used your agency, having met lots of wonderful and interesting people with your help the first time around, but not my soul mate. Even as my membership progressed the second time, I started to think I would have to be content with interesting friends and no partner. Luckily you and your staff never gave up hope on me and my busy schedule and introduced Jay and I. We clicked immediately and have had a wonderful 16 months together. As Jay often says to me, he is the icing on my cake.
And Jay says - I didn't believe I would meet my future partner through your agency, but thought it would be fun to meet some new people, so I joined. As we both found out, what we think we are looking for in a partner and what we eventually find can be so different from our pre-conceived ideas. For example, little things such as enjoying a good bottle of red can be so important. It helped that you and your staff were able to see through our facades and find personalities that suited. We both know we would never have gone out if we had met each other at a party. To re-iterate my saying to Keira, my life was good beforehand, but now it is better - she is the icing on my cake of life.
